These scoring forms are made for use with the Purdue Pegboard Standardized Test and are intended for recording and organizing test results. Each form includes space for multiple trials per subject, along with statistical norms and means for reference during scoring. The Purdue Pegboard Test is widely used to measure hand, finger, and arm dexterity, as well as fingertip manipulation, and it is also used in assessments of motor deficits and neuropsychological function. This pad includes 25 scoring forms and is offered as a replacement accessory only. The test board, instructions, and manual are sold separately.
