Its neck contour shape and flexible construction help it conform to the treatment area, while the heavy-duty urethane exterior and bentonite clay interior support durable everyday use. The pack can be chilled in a freezer or chilling unit and is intended to remain soft and pliable even below freezing. Once chilled, it maintains its therapeutic temperature level for up to thirty minutes. For use on the treatment area, the chilled pack should be wrapped in a towel before application.
