Relief Pak HotSpot Moist Heat Packs are intended to deliver moist heat therapy for a variety of common discomforts, including arthritis, back pain, muscle strains, stiff necks, sprains, stiff joints, bruises, general soreness, and spasms. Moist heat is absorbed more deeply than dry heat at the same temperature, making these packs a useful choice for therapeutic warming and recovery support after injury or exercise. Each pack is pliable when heated and conforms to the body for more comfortable application.
These standard-size packs measure 10" x 12" and are supplied in a case of 12. They are ready for use in less than an hour when heated in a stove, microwave, or other heating unit. Once heated, the pack can provide up to 30 minutes of hot, moist relief. For safe use, the heated pack should be wrapped in a towel or other covering before application and handled by the corner tab.
