The Relief Pak Moist Heat Pack is designed to deliver moist heat therapy that conforms to the body and heats more deeply than dry heat at the same temperature. It is commonly used to help ease discomfort associated with arthritis, back pain, muscle strains, stiff neck, sprains, bruises, general soreness, spasms, and stiff joints. The pack is ready for use in less than an hour with a stove, microwave, or other heating unit, and it can provide up to 30 minutes of hot, moist relief when properly heated and wrapped.
This large spine pack measures 10" x 24" and is made to be pliable when heated, allowing it to contour to the treatment area. It is latex-free and suitable for adults and children. For best results, heated packs should be handled by the corner tab and wrapped in a towel or covering before use.
