Designed for professional and multi-user environments, this Relief Pak heating unit accommodates up to eight moist heat packs and heats them in an insulated hot water bath to a maximum of 160 degrees. Moist heat packs are commonly used to help relieve aches, soreness, stiffness, and discomfort associated with acute and chronic pain, recovery after injury, and post-workout use. Because they are pliable when heated, the packs can conform to different body areas for targeted application.
The unit features adjustable temperature control and a glowing orange indicator light that signals when the desired temperature has been reached. A green illuminated on/off switch shows when the unit is operating. Its mobile design with rolling feet makes it easy to move from room to room, and the stainless steel construction is suited for frequent use in busy clinics. The insulated housing helps retain heat within the unit.
This 220V model includes four Standard Relief Pak moist heat packs and four Neck Relief Pak moist heat packs, plus a removable plug set and a fully illustrated user manual. Each reusable heat pack can provide up to 30 minutes of moist heat therapy. For use, handle the pack by the corner tab and place it in a towel or other covering before application. After draining, the unit can be cleaned with a soft cloth, sponge, or non-abrasive pad using mild soap or non-abrasive detergent.
