The Relief Pak Heating Unit is built to warm and store up to 6 moist heat packs at once, with the bath temperature adjustable up to 160 degrees. Moist heat packs are commonly used to help relieve aches, soreness, stiffness, and acute or chronic pain, and their pliable construction allows them to conform to different body areas when heated. Because moist heat can penetrate deeper than dry heat at the same temperature, it is often selected for recovery use after injury or exercise.
This 110V unit features a compact stationary design that sits easily on a countertop. An orange indicator light shows when the unit has reached the selected temperature, and the green on/off switch light indicates when the unit is operating. The insulated stainless steel construction helps retain heat while keeping the exterior from becoming excessively hot. A removable plug set and fully illustrated user manual are included for setup and use. Once drained, the unit can be cleaned with a soft cloth, sponge, or non-abrasive pad using mild soap or non-abrasive detergent.
