Product Description
This reusable Cold n' Hot Pack is designed to provide both heat therapy and cold therapy in one convenient compress. Use warmth to help soothe discomfort from aching muscles, sore joints, stiff joints, arthritis, sprains, strains, and bruises. For heat therapy, simply warm the pack in the microwave and place it on or over the area being treated. For cold therapy, chill it in the refrigerator or freezer and apply it to help reduce swelling and ease pain.
