The Richmar ComboCare is a professional combination therapy unit that brings together ultrasound and electrical stimulation in a single tabletop or mobile system. It features a large graphical LCD display for clear setup and parameter adjustment, along with programmable timer functions and user-defined memory positions for custom protocols. The unit supports simultaneous ultrasound and e-stim treatment, which can be useful for trigger point applications.
This combo unit includes five electrical stimulation waveforms: TENS, EMS, 2-Pole Interferential, 4-Pole Interferential, and Russian. The dual-frequency ultrasound system uses a 5 cm2 sound head and offers 1 MHz and 3 MHz frequencies with 10% to 100% duty cycle selections. It includes 10 presets per waveform and 20 ultrasound presets for efficient clinical use.
