Product Description
The Richmar HydraHeat Large Moist Heat Pack is a reusable hot pack intended for moist heat therapy use. It features a PVC exterior with a non-toxic gel interior that allows the pack to remain pliable and provide broad contact with the skin for improved heat transfer. When used as directed, the pack delivers treatment within the optimal temperature range of 120 degrees to 140 degrees and can retain therapeutic heat for up to 40 minutes after removal from the heater. The non-porous, bacteria-resistant skin is designed for easier cleaning and helps reduce the risk of cross contamination between patients. The SureSeam construction is engineered to help prevent bursting or leaking during regular use. This large pack measures 17 inches by 11 inches and is latex free. Heating units are sold separately. For best results, the pack should be completely submerged in water for at least 20 minutes before treatment and can be used with HydraTherm heating units or other compatible heating units.
