The Richmar HydraTherm Deluxe Heating Unit is built for modern moist heat therapy workflows. It features a rust-free composite polymer tank that resists dents and is temperature resistant for safer handling. A unique divider rack system helps keep hot packs organized and within easy reach, while the electric drainage pump makes tank emptying faster and simpler than a traditional hose-and-gravity method.
This deluxe unit is designed to reduce maintenance demands and support cleaner operation. The construction helps minimize rust, microbial growth, and mildew, and the digital thermostat allows easy temperature setting and more precise control of the water temperature. The unit includes a fold-away side shelf for preparing a hot pack before treatment and rolls easily on four casters for flexible placement in a facility. It holds up to 12 hot packs and includes 12 HydraHeat packs in large, universal, cervical, and oversize sizes.
The HydraTherm Deluxe has an adjustable temperature range of 120 degrees to 160 degrees, with a recommended operating temperature not to exceed 140 degrees for therapeutic effect, patient comfort, and pack longevity. It has a water capacity of 18 gallons without hot packs and includes a low-water sensor that automatically deactivates the heating element when tripped.
