Product Overview
Product Summary
This functional elbow joint model from Rudiger Anatomie presents the full elbow structure with ligaments, natural movement, and removable components for study. It is designed to show the relationship between the humerus, ulna, and radius in a detailed anatomical format.
Product Description
Rudiger Anatomie’s Functional Elbow Joint with Ligaments is a detailed anatomical model built to demonstrate the mechanics and structure of the human elbow. Unlike partial joint models, this version represents the complete elbow and includes the lower portion of the humerus, a complete ulna, and a complete radius. Colored molding highlights the important ligaments of the elbow and lower arm for clear visual identification during study.
The model supports a wide range of natural movement, including flexion, extension, pronation, and supination. It can demonstrate up to 150 degrees of flexion and extension. High-quality materials are used to replicate human ligament tissue, and the construction is intended to maintain flexibility through extended use. Mounted on a stand, the model is also removable, allowing individual structures to be viewed more closely for advanced anatomical education.
