The StepONE recumbent stepper combines arm-to-leg movement with a seated training position to simulate walking or stair climbing. The unit provides 20 levels of resistance adjusted in .1 increments for a total of 191 resistance levels, allowing workouts to be tailored to individual needs.
The Standard Seat is designed for comfort and accessibility. It features a 25-inch width, a 500 lb. weight capacity, and 360 Therapist Assist Pedals that allow adjustments forward and back from any point around the chair. The custom seat shape is designed to reduce hamstring interference and provide lumbar support. For added convenience in multi-user environments, the seat can slide off to allow wheelchair access, and the handles are adjustable to support user comfort.
This model also includes a full-color touch screen that displays exercise readouts useful for both users and clinicians, including stride length, ascent, watts, and METs.
