The removable 5-inch wide Velcro straps add support during positioning, and when the straps are removed, the wedge functions like the standard Skillbuilders wedge. It may be used with the optional leg abductor wedge and is suitable for both prone and supine activities. The molded foam construction includes an integral waterproof coating that is easy to wash for repeated use.
