Product Description
SmartCuffs 3.0 facilitates blood flow restriction training (BFRT) by restricting venous blood flow from the working muscle while allowing arterial blood flow to continue. This pair of medium cuffs is intended as an accessory for the SmartCuffs pump, which is sold separately. The single chamber bladder design is supported by a bolstered valve connection for added durability, and the 4" cuff width is designed to support safer use by requiring lower pressures to achieve LOP. Each cuff is sized medium and fits arms or legs with a circumference of 17.5" to 23". For arms, measure the circumference between the shoulder and bicep. For legs, measure the circumference of the thigh closest to the hip. SmartCuffs may be used in post-surgical rehabilitation, active recovery, and other situations where reduced joint or tissue loading is preferred. The cuffs are made in the USA, easy to clean, and FDA listed as a Class 1 Pneumatic Tourniquet.
