SmartCuffs 4.0 is the fourth-generation version of a widely used blood flow restriction (BFR) cuff system. It uses an AI-powered processor and proprietary limb occlusion pressure (LOP) algorithms to help users determine pressure quickly and objectively. The patent-pending iBFR LOP Calibration can find LOP in as little as 10 seconds, helping remove guesswork from setup and allowing users to apply a percentage of LOP based on body structure. The system is designed for use on either the arm or leg, with each cuff featuring its own permanently attached pump.
Exclusive Tri-Pressure technology provides three BFR modes to support different training or rehabilitation approaches. Continuous BFR inflates during both exercise and rest periods. Intermittent BFR inflates during exercise and deflates during rest. Resting BFR inflates during rest and deflates during exercise. The unit is designed to prevent inflation above 80% LOP for any limb, supporting straightforward at-home use. The rechargeable Li-Ion battery offers long battery life and can be fully charged in 30 minutes or less. This package includes two pairs of x-large cuffs, for a total of four individual SmartCuffs, along with a carrying case and USB-C charging block and cable.
