SmartCuffs 4.0 is the latest generation of a widely used blood flow restriction (BFR) cuff system. Built for comfort and ease of use, each cuff includes its own permanently attached pump and can be used on either the arm or leg. The system uses AI-powered processing and proprietary limb occlusion pressure (LOP) algorithms, along with patent-pending iBFR LOP Calibration, to determine LOP in as little as 10 seconds. By setting restriction as a percentage of LOP, users can more objectively match cuff pressure to body structure and avoid the uncertainty of manual setup.
The exclusive Tri-Pressure technology provides three BFR modes to support different training and rehabilitation approaches. Continuous BFR inflates during both exercise and rest periods, Intermittent BFR inflates only during exercise periods, and Resting BFR inflates only during rest periods. The system is designed to prevent inflation beyond 80% LOP for any limb, supporting straightforward home use. This medium pair includes cuffs sized for approximately 13 to 18 inch circumferences. For arm use, measure the area between the shoulder and bicep. For leg use, measure the thigh closest to the hip. If sizing falls between two options, choose the larger size.
