Product Description
SmartCuffs 4.0 is the fourth generation of Smart Tools' blood flow restriction system and is designed for comfortable, evidence-based BFR use across a range of applications. Each cuff has a permanently attached pump and the system uses proprietary limb occlusion pressure algorithms with patent-pending iBFR LOP Calibration to determine LOP in as little as 10 seconds. By working from a percentage of LOP, the user can set a more objective level of restriction based on the individual limb and body structure.
The Tri-Pressure system offers three BFR modes to support different training and rehabilitation approaches. Continuous BFR inflates during both exercise and rest intervals, Intermittent BFR inflates only during exercise, and Resting BFR inflates only during rest periods. The unit is designed so the user cannot inflate above 80% LOP for any limb, supporting simple at-home use. This pair includes large cuffs with an approximate circumference range of 18 to 24 inches, suitable for either arm or leg placement depending on fit.
The rechargeable Li-Ion battery offers long runtime and can be fully charged in 30 minutes or less. Included accessories are a carrying case, USB-C charging block, and cable.
