SmartCuffs 4.0 is the fourth-generation model in the SmartCuffs blood flow restriction line and is built for comfortable, evidence-based BFR use. This single cuff includes a permanently attached pump and an AI-powered processor with proprietary limb occlusion pressure algorithms to help determine pressure quickly and objectively. The patent-pending iBFR LOP Calibration can locate LOP in as little as 10 seconds, reducing guesswork and helping users set pressure based on the individual limb. The exclusive Tri-Pressure technology provides three BFR modes: Continuous, Intermittent, and Resting, allowing the cuff to be adapted to different rehabilitation and training approaches. The system is designed to prevent inflation beyond 80% LOP for any limb, supporting simpler at-home use. This large cuff fits approximately 18 to 24 inches in circumference and may be used on either the arm or leg depending on the measurement location. A USB-C charging block and cable are included.
