This Sleep Tight weighted blanket is intended for users who can independently remove the blanket and who weigh more than approximately 20 lbs. The Large size measures 54" x 72" and weighs 16 lbs., making it suitable for individuals weighing 71-140 lbs. or approximately 11-15 years old. The curved top section is designed to help the blanket fit more naturally around the shoulders and keep it from gathering near the face, while the weighted fill provides deep pressure touch across the body. The PET pellets are non-toxic, BPA free, and phthalate free. For added durability, the pellets are sewn into a cloth bag, the blanket is triple stitched, and the inner curve includes a fabric-reinforced edge. The blanket is machine washable and can be tumble dried on low heat or air dried.
