The Sommerfly Wrap Around Weighted Sash is intended for children and adolescents who benefit from added calm and support during focused activities. It can be worn one at a time diagonally or paired and worn in a crisscross style. The diagonal wrap design helps keep the sash in place on active users while providing comforting pressure around the shoulders and torso. Filled with soothing PET pellets, it is made to support seated activities such as desk work, study time, and mealtime.
This Extra Large sash is made from 100% navy blue cotton corduroy and weighs 2.6 lbs. It is sized for users who weigh between 51 and 60 lbs. and measure 51" to 60" tall. An attached non-latex elastic band allows a fidget to be added. The sash is triple stitched and includes an additional fabric-reinforced edge on the inside of the inner curve for added durability. It is also machine washable and may be dried on low heat or air dried.
