The Spirit XBU55 Upright Bike combines comfort, adjustability, and connected training features in a compact upright design. The updated console features a bright 7.5" backlit LCD display that makes it easy to follow workout metrics, while preset programs such as Time, Calories, and Distance Series help support goal-based exercise. Handlebar pulse sensors provide convenient heart rate tracking during your ride.
Built-in Bluetooth FTMS allows the bike to connect with compatible apps such as Zwift and Kinomap, as well as Bluetooth headphones or a wireless heart rate monitor sold separately. A 30 lb flywheel and 20 levels of magnetic resistance provide a wide range of workout intensity. The removable swivel-tilt tablet holder keeps a phone or tablet visible without blocking console data, and the fast adjustment knobs allow infinite seat positioning forward, back, up, and down for a more precise fit. Oversized cushioned pedals and ergonomic hand grips help support comfort throughout each session.
