Built for demanding workouts, the Spirit XT685 treadmill combines a 22" x 60" running surface with a 4.0 HP PowerMax drive motor to support comfortable training at a range of speeds and incline levels. The 2-ply belt is pre-lubed with a proprietary liquid wax blend to help reduce friction and support long-lasting performance. A bright 9" multi-color LCD display shows key workout data and includes a heart rate graph feature, while handlebar pulse sensors provide convenient heart rate monitoring during exercise.
This treadmill offers preset programs, including goal-based Time, Calories, and Distance Series options, along with direct access speed and incline keys for quick adjustments. Rocker-style speed and incline shifters on the handlebars make interval changes easier during a workout. Bluetooth FTMS compatibility allows connection to apps such as Zwift and Kinomap, as well as Bluetooth headphones or a wireless heart rate monitor sold separately. Additional convenience features include an in-console USB charging port, built-in Bluetooth speakers, an adjustable cooling fan, a removable swivel-tilt tablet holder, dual water bottle holders, and larger accessory trays.
