Product Description
The Stroops Body Weight Gym offers a straightforward way to build and vary bodyweight training sessions. It includes two textured grip handles with specialized loops and a pair of long cloth straps that anchor independently to an overhead anchor point. The system can be used on its own to emphasize stability and balance, or paired with the included 150-pound Slastix resistance bands for added instability and increased core engagement. Designed for functional movement training, it can be used for strength work, mobility drills, HIIT routines, and recovery exercises. Stroops developed Slastix with a protective safety sleeve to help improve durability and reduce the risk of band breakage and overextension.
