The Stroops Resistance 90 Band is the band component of the Resistance 90 system and is designed for versatile workout use. The band uses Slastix resistance band technology, which is intended to help protect the tubing from exterior abrasion and add a safety sleeve that limits snapback.
This heavy resistance version provides 25 lbs. of resistance. It is suitable for portable freestyle exercise or can be paired with the Spine Strap, sold separately, for an at-home workout setup. This listing is for the band only.
