The band can be unrolled to the desired length and cut with scissors, making it easy to customize for different exercises and users.
Made from thermoplastic elastomer, the band is latex-free while still offering the stretch, contraction, and strength characteristics associated with latex exercise bands. It is textured for easier gripping, powderless, lightweight, and compact for use in clinics, gyms, or at home. Suitable for upper and lower body exercises, the band may be used alone or with handles and anchors. The black resistance level is the X Heavy option in the 8-level progression system.
