Users can choose from five built-in routines or customize their experience through the Therabody app by saving preferred routines. The device also supports guided breathwork features in the app, along with TheraMind sound therapy and haptic vibration cues on the device. A built-in biometric sensor provides on-device heart rate readings, and the patented triangle grip is designed to help reach different areas of the body more comfortably.
