Product Description
The Web-Slide Exercise Rail Deluxe Set is a versatile wall-mounted exercise system designed to work with bands and tubing for progressive resistance training. This package includes three stainless steel rails, each measuring 28 inches, for a total rail length of 84 inches. The rails may be mounted together vertically to create a station with multiple anchor points, or installed separately at different heights and locations to support a variety of exercise setups.
Each rail includes five anchor points spaced at 5-inch intervals, allowing the user to change the anchor position to adjust exercise difficulty and function. The set includes EZ Lock Safety Slides to secure tubing and bands to the rail anchor points, along with 10 ExerBand exercise tubes with handles and anchor straps. Also included are a Home Ranger Shoulder Pulley, an Extremity Strap for securing tubing to the ankle, wrist, arm, or thigh, an exercise wall poster with more than 30 exercises, and a 24-inch, 16-position storage rack.
This system is suitable for seated or standing use and can support upper-body and lower-body routines. It is intended for installation on wood or metal studs and includes mounting hardware and assembly instructions. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean with a warm damp cloth and mild soap.
