Product Description
The Whitehall E-15-M Mobile Whirlpool is built for treatment of the foot and ankle area and offers additional versatility when used with a raised undercarriage for upper extremity applications. The 15-gallon tank measures 25 inches long by 13 inches wide by 15 inches deep and is fabricated from heavy gauge, type 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction and a satin finish. The reinforced tank rim includes a concealed stainless steel rod, and the rounded, seamless bottom is designed to help minimize bacteria buildup. This mobile unit is supported by heavy-duty swivel casters, with locking rear casters for added stability during treatment. A spring-balanced turbine raising and lowering device allows adjustment of height and direction of water agitation, and includes a locking feature. The turbine assembly serves as both agitator and emptying device. The whirlpool includes an Underwriters Laboratory listed 1/2 HP jet pump motor with an ABS plastic shell, automatic thermal overload protector, and lifetime-sealed bearings. Water-contacting components are stainless steel, chrome plated brass, or bronze. A thermometer with dual scale and adjustable calibration is included, with a stem that inserts into a retainer to help prevent rattle during agitation.
