Product Description
The Whitehall E-22-MU Mobile Whirlpool is built for clinical hydrotherapy use and includes a heavy-duty undercarriage that raises the tank for upper extremity treatment. The 22-gallon whirlpool tank measures 28" L x 15" W x 18" D and is constructed from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel with a seamless welded design and satin finish. The tank rim is reinforced with a concealed stainless steel rod, and the rounded seamless bottom is designed to help minimize bacteria buildup. An auxiliary drain valve is included for drainage convenience.
This mobile model is supported by heavy-duty swivel casters, with the rear pair lockable for added stability during treatment. The turbine raising and lowering device allows adjustment of height and water agitation direction and includes spring-balanced operation with a locking device. The turbine assembly serves as both agitator and emptying device. A 1/2 HP jet pump motor with Underwriters Laboratory listing, automatic thermal overload protection, and lifetime sealed bearings supports system performance. Water-contact components are stainless steel, chrome plated brass, or bronze. A dual-scale thermometer with adjustable calibration is included, and the stem fits into a retainer to help prevent rattling during agitation.
