Whitehall E-45-M 220V Mobile Whirlpool is intended for treatment applications involving the upper extremities and the lower leg, including the knee. The 45-gallon tank is fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction and a satin finish for a durable, professional appearance. Its seamless, rounded covered tank bottom is designed to help minimize bacteria buildup, and the reinforced rim includes a concealed stainless steel rod for added strength. The unit is fitted with an auxiliary drain valve for draining convenience.
Heavy duty swivel casters support mobile use, and the rear pair can be locked to help stabilize the whirlpool during treatment. The turbine raising and lowering device allows adjustment of height and water agitation direction toward the treatment area. This spring-balanced assembly includes a locking device and serves as both agitator and emptying device. The whirlpool is equipped with an Underwriters Laboratory listed 1/2 HP jet pump motor with an ABS plastic shell, automatic thermal overload protector, and lifetime-sealed bearings. All parts that contact the water are stainless steel, chrome plated brass, or bronze. A dual-scale thermometer with adjustable calibration is included, and the stem inserts into a retainer to help prevent rattling during agitation.
