Product Description
The Whitehall L-90-M Mobile Whirlpool is built for clinical use where reliable whirlpool therapy and flexible positioning are required. This low boy model offers a 90-gallon capacity and a tank size of 60"L x 24"W x 18"D, providing space for treatment of extremities, the hip and back area, and exercise during use. The tank is constructed with seamless welded, heavy-gauge type 304 stainless steel and finished to a satin surface. A reinforced rim with a concealed stainless steel rod adds support, while the rounded, seamless bottom is designed to help minimize bacteria buildup.
The whirlpool is equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters for mobility, and the rear casters lock to help stabilize the unit during treatment. A spring-balanced turbine raising and lowering device allows height adjustment and direction control of water agitation toward the treatment area, and includes a locking device. The turbine assembly serves as both an agitator and emptying device. The unit includes an Underwriters Laboratory listed 1/2 HP jet pump motor with an ABS plastic shell, automatic thermal overload protector, and lifetime-sealed bearings. Components that contact the water are made of stainless steel, chrome plated brass, or bronze. A dual-scale thermometer with adjustable calibration is also included, with a stem that inserts into a retainer to reduce rattle during agitation.
