Product Description
The Whitehall L-75-M Mobile Whirlpool offers a 75-gallon capacity and is intended for use in extremity, hip, and back treatment applications. It is also well suited for pediatric and geriatric use where patient comfort and safety are important. The whirlpool tank measures 52" L x 24" W x 18" D and is fabricated from heavy-gauge type 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction and a satin finish.
The tank includes a reinforced rim with a concealed stainless steel rod, an auxiliary drain valve, and a seamless rounded bottom design to help minimize bacteria buildup. Heavy-duty swivel casters support the mobile base, and the rear casters lock to help stabilize the unit during treatment. A spring-balanced turbine raising and lowering device allows adjustment of height and directs water agitation toward the area being treated, while the turbine assembly functions as both agitator and emptying device.
The unit is equipped with a 1/2 HP jet pump motor listed by Underwriters Laboratory, an ABS plastic protective shell, automatic thermal overload protection, and lifetime-sealed bearings. All parts that contact water are made of stainless steel, chrome plated brass, or bronze. A dual-scale thermometer with adjustable calibration is included, and the stem inserts into a retainer to reduce rattling during agitation. For non-U.S. markets only, the table is rated at 220V.
