Product Description
The Accucold ARG18PV is an 18 cu.ft. upright all-refrigerator built for vaccine, pharmacy, and medication storage. It features externally located microprocessor temperature controls to help reduce door openings, a buffered probe in a glycol-filled bottle, and an additional air sensor for more precise temperature monitoring. The current and min/max temperature display can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit to the nearest tenth of a degree.
This unit includes audible and visual alarms for temperature excursions, power failure, door open conditions, and sensor failure. Remote alarm contacts are located at the rear, and a 1/2" probe port on the right side allows connection to additional monitoring devices. A hospital grade cord with a green dot plug is included for use in higher traffic environments.
Inside, forced air cooling and adjustable cycle defrost help support temperature stability and uniformity. Seven adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves are included and can be positioned in 1/2" increments for flexible storage. The interior is finished in white powder coated metal for durability and improved temperature retention, and LED lighting with an on/off rocker switch improves visibility.
The refrigerator includes a white cabinet with a blue accented control panel, a user-reversible double pane tempered glass door, a factory-installed lock with two keys, strong magnetic gaskets, and four pre-installed 3" casters with brakes for mobility. The antimicrobial handle is powder-coated with naturally occurring silver ions to help reduce germ spread. Hydrocarbon refrigerant provides an energy efficient refrigeration solution, and the unit is compatible with Pyxis, Omnicell, and AcuDose RX systems.
