Product Description
The ADC AdView 2 Diagnostic Station is designed to capture multiple vital sign measurements in a single platform. Blood pressure is measured automatically using the oscillometric method, with pulse rate and mean arterial blood pressure displayed in about 30 seconds. A manual mode is also available for traditional auscultatory blood pressure measurement with a stethoscope, without changing cuffs, which adds versatility for patients with more complex needs. The system can be set to average 2 to 5 blood pressure readings as part of a customizable protocol.
The included ChipOX Nellcor-compatible SpO2 module adds pulse oximetry measurement, providing arterial oxygen saturation in about 10 seconds. It also displays pulse rate signal strength and includes a reusable finger clip sensor with an 8 foot cable. The temperature module supports oral or axillary readings in about 4 seconds and shows results in Fahrenheit and Celsius. A Cold Mode is also included for lower temperature ranges.
