Product Description
The Alimed seat belt sensor uses a buckle-release design with an automobile-type click-release buckle. When the patient opens the buckle, the alarm unit, sold separately, sounds to provide an alert. The Early Warning belt includes an extra 12 inches of Velcro that must be removed before the belt can be taken off, adding another step before release. The alarm attaches easily to the wheelchair back and offers an alternative to chair sensor pads for seated monitoring applications.
