Product Description
AliMed SupraBall Chin Tuck Against Resistance provides a practical option for CTAR training using a sustained head lift, Shaker-type exercise approach. It is intended for use with elderly clients and for individuals with neck difficulties who may not be able to perform a sustained head lift comfortably. The device can be incorporated into exercise programs for isometric and isokinetic strengthening, as well as JOAR exercises. Instructions are included to help guide use.
