Its compact design makes it easy to use on the go, including in travel settings such as a hotel room. The exerciser uses the Thera-Band color sequence for quick resistance identification and is available in seven resistance levels and three tubing lengths to support progressive exercise needs. This set includes 14 inch, 22 inch, and 30 inch lengths, with one per set in yellow, red, green, blue, and black. Length is measured from end to end when the unit is laid flat and taut. CanDo low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
