This reusable eye mask compress provides convenient hot or cold therapy for targeted relief. Keep it in the freezer for cold use or warm it in the microwave for heat therapy, depending on your needs. The pack remains soft and flexible, allowing it to conform comfortably to the treated area while the adjustable strap helps keep it securely in place and leaves hands free.
The Dual Comfort design includes two exterior surfaces for controlled therapy. The light blue surface delivers hot or cold therapy more quickly, while the plush dark blue surface provides a slower therapy response. The pack contains nontoxic, biodegradable fill designed to retain heat and cold longer. Its soft, frost-free surface is gentle on skin and does not require a towel wrap.
For cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use. For heat therapy, microwave for 10 seconds on high, then continue at 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached, kneading after each heating. Do not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The pack maintains therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes. Overheating may cause injury or damage to the pack, and any pack that leaks should be discarded.
