Product Description
This wrist wrap therapy pack offers targeted hot or cold treatment for the wrist and hand. Use it cold to help reduce inflammation and swelling, or warm it in the microwave to support muscle relaxation and circulation. It is suitable for use with conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, neuropathy, tendonitis, bursitis, chronic pain, and acute or subacute injuries including strains, sprains, and other soft tissue injuries.
The adjustable strap secures the pack in place and provides mild compression while allowing the fingers to remain free. The pack features two surfaces for controlled therapy: a light blue soft side that delivers hot or cold treatment more quickly, and a plush dark blue side that provides a slower release of hot or cold therapy. The soft, frost-free exterior is gentle on skin and does not require a towel wrap during use.
Made with more nontoxic, biodegradable fill than traditional packs, this reusable wrap is designed to retain hot and cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes. The durable RF welded seam helps support a secure, leak-resistant seal. For cold use, store the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before application. For heat use, microwave according to the instructions printed on the pack.
