Product Description
Detecto's 6550 portable wheelchair scale combines clinical weighing accuracy with a design that supports patient comfort and workflow efficiency. The scale features a 1,000 lb capacity, 0.2 lb accuracy, and a large 32 in x 36 in platform with a low 2.2 in profile for easier access. Two-way built-in ramps rest on the floor to help patients approach the platform from either side, and the column folds down quickly with one hand for transport or vertical storage. The 6550 can be powered by AC adapter or battery, and it includes pushbutton or keypad tare functions for removing wheelchair weight. Optional Wi-Fi support is available for EMR/EHR integration, and up to 99 tares can be stored with the optional feature for repeated use.
