Detecto's 6560 multi-purpose clinical scale is built for wheelchair weighing and can also be used for standing patients with the support of its curved handrail. The folding column design allows the unit to be lowered and locked for easier transport and vertical storage, making it practical for facilities that need a mobile weighing solution. A large platform and low profile help support easy patient access, while the built-in ramps provide accessibility from both sides.
This scale includes pushbutton and keypad tare functions to help remove wheelchair weight quickly and efficiently. It offers a capacity of 1,000 lb / 450 kg and clinical-grade accuracy of 0.2 lb / 0.1 kg. Units can be locked into pounds or kilograms, and battery or AC power may be used. Some models offer Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity for wireless EMR/EHR integration, and an OIML EC Class III approved model is available.
