For added convenience, the chair tare weight can be keyed in so patients may remain in their wheelchair during weighing. This scale is also suitable for walk-on use and is designed for use in healthcare settings where EMR/EHR connectivity is needed through serial and USB interfaces, with optional Ethernet available.
