Product Description
The Liftup FlexStep V2 1000 is a 4-step indoor stair and lift system that provides access for walking users and wheelchair users within the same installation. It is intended for travel heights up to 925 mm, and heights above 740 mm require the space-saving 2-stop point configuration, where the upper step sits below the upper threshold. The 4-step model includes a platform length of 1220 mm and supports fixed staircase widths of 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1,000 mm. A fixed staircase can be installed to the front wall and floor, with round or square balustrades available to match the unit. For wheelchair use, the ramp folds down for entry and exit, then raises and locks before movement begins. Safety features include pressure plates under the platform to stop operation if an object is detected below, infrared protection between the steps, automatic stopping in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms to indicate lift movement. Built-in batteries provide power during an outage. FlexStep is suitable for installations where efficient use of space is important and a combined stair and lift solution is needed.
