Liftup FlexStep V2 is a space-saving accessibility solution that functions as both a staircase and a lift platform for wheelchair users. This 5-step indoor model is intended for travel up to 1110 mm and features a platform length of 1525 mm. It is designed to integrate into existing spaces where separate stairs and a stairlift may not be practical. The lift includes a fold-down ramp for rolling onto and off the platform, and the ramp is raised and locked before movement begins. Safety features include pressure plates under the platform, infra-red protection between the steps, automatic stopping in case of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms during operation. Built-in batteries provide power in the event of an outage. Fixed stairs are available in multiple widths, and balustrade options can be selected to suit the installation.
