This At Home SPX Reformer Package is designed to deliver a versatile reformer Pilates experience in a home setting. Multiple adjustment points help support a more individualized workout, including three gearbar positions, six carriage stopping positions, and three headrest positions. The adjustable four-position footbar drops into cradles to help regulate hip and knee flexion, while the carriage moves smoothly along aluminum rails for consistent performance.
The Reformer includes durable vinyl upholstery and dense EVA foam to support comfort and provide accurate proprioceptive feedback. Five traditional springs are included for resistance settings, with four 100% springs and one 50% spring. A retractable rope system with recoiling rope reels helps simplify rope length changes, and the longer ropes allow for a greater range of motion during exercises. The unit also features a 1 inch thick wooden standing platform, pommel-style shoulder rests, easy-roll wheels at both ends, and five neoprene spring covers to help reduce noise.
The package includes the Reformer Box with footstrap, a padded platform extender, metal roll-up pole, double loop straps, two DVDs with workout instructions, an easy start poster, an owner's manual, and assembly instructions. Minimal assembly is required.
