The included vertical frame expands training possibilities with springs, straps, handles, hooks, and pulleys that provide variable resistance angles and support three-dimensional movement patterns. This configuration is well suited for functional exercise, athletic training, and a wide range of Pilates programming. The Reformer includes five high-precision springs with 3 at 100%, 1 at 50%, and 1 at 25% resistance.
