Made for dynamic back and stability training, this Togu Powerball supports exercise routines focused on the abdominal, back, and trunk muscles. The ABS (Anti-Burst System) material is designed so that, if punctured by a sharp object, air escapes slowly through one hole rather than causing the ball to burst. The ball is odorless, latex-free, and made from 100% recyclable plastic. It has a total weight capacity of 2200 lbs., with an ABS capacity of 265 lbs., and measures about 26 inches when filled with air.
