Product Description
The Wheeleez Sandcruiser combines the features of a beach wheelchair and an all-terrain chair in one design. It is built with special Wheeleez polyurethane balloon wheels that help the chair roll smoothly over sand, grass, turf, mud, gravel, and small rocks. The frame is made from electropolished 316 marine grade stainless steel for added strength and durability, while helping reduce the risk of oxidation compared to conventional frame finishes. The chair also includes drop-nose frame connector pins for tool-free assembly and disassembly, making transport and storage more convenient.
For user comfort and practical handling, the Sandcruiser includes an adjustable leg rest with padded hinge protectors, padded armrests that swing up for transfers, and padded marine-grade acrylic canvas upholstery. The upholstery is UV stable and resistant to mold, rot, and saltwater, and the adjustable quick-release buckles allow for easier removal when cleaning or storing the chair. An anti-tip and brake bar provides parking brake function and helps prevent backward tipping without requiring adjustment.
