The unit offers a carriage travel of 14 inches and includes three black resistance cords and one red resistance cord for adjustable resistance settings from 2 to 50 lbs. The footplate adjusts from 0 to 75 degrees with four positions to support varied exercise setups. Lightweight and compact, the unit weighs 15 lbs. and includes carry handles and wheels for easier movement between rooms or storage at the end of the day.
